Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Rennes 2, I study the links between the expansion of global finance and the transformation of social policies at the national level. My current research focuses on the process of financialization and the ways in which it reshapes social protection and public health policies.
At the University of Rennes 2, my teaching activities include courses in international economics, public finance, and geopolitics at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Over the past years, I have taught courses on international political economy, economic development, social protection, research methodology, and quantitative methods in the social sciences, for graduate and undergraduate students, in France and Switzerland.
I am a also member of the Expert Group on Financialisation and Blended Finance in Global Health convened by the United Nations University International Institute for Global Health in collaboration with the University of Glasgow and Deakin University.
I hold a PhD in Economics (Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, 2022), a Master's in Economics (Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, 2016), a Master's in Public Policy (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, 2015), and a Bachelor's in Economics (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, 2012).
